At the beginning
before the pen, pencil, and pad.
Whir. Kerchink. Click.
Still the beginning
words run without tripping.
Kerchink. Kerplunk.
In the middle
looking for the right direction
Kerplunk. Fizzzzz.
At the end
where the revision begins.
